Gallery Terms of Service
By accessing this gallery, you agree to the following terms:
1. Usage Rights
You are granted full promotional use rights for the content delivered, including use on social media, websites, email marketing, and paid ads.
Use in billboards, television, national/international publications, or third-party licensing is not permitted without written consent from Angel J. Osorio, and may require additional fees or negotiated credit terms.
All content remains the intellectual property of Angel J. Osorio and may not be altered, resold, or distributed to third parties without prior approval.
2. Retouching & Edits
Only the images marked as “retouched/(R)” have received full editorial post-production.
Any additional retouching requests are subject to a $25/image fee.
Please do not apply filters or heavy edits to the provided images without prior approval, as it misrepresents the work.
3. Downloading & File Access
Galleries will remain active for 3 months from the delivery date.
For retainer clients, galleries are stored for up to 6 months from your last session.
After that, you have the option to keep your gallery archived for $5/month, billed annually at $60.
After 1 year, you’ll receive a notice with the option to renew storage.
It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up all files during the access window.
4. Watermarked Previews (If Applicable)
If your package did not include full photo rights or retouching, watermarked previews may be shown.
Additional images can be purchased individually at the agreed-upon rate.
5. Payment & Licensing
Full payment must be received before the gallery is unlocked for downloads.
If payment is not made by the agreed-upon date, the gallery link may be temporarily disabled until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
If payment is not received within 90 days, the gallery and all associated files may be permanently deleted without notice.
Usage rights are not granted until payment is completed.
6. Credit & Tagging
While not required, tagging @angeljosorio on social media is always appreciated and helps support my work.
For brand collaborations, sponsored content, or published work, credit as Photography/Videography by Angel J. Osorio may be required depending on the usage terms we agree on.
7. Email Opt-In
By providing your email to access this gallery, you agree to receive occasional updates, promotions, or content from Angel J. Osorio.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email.
By downloading any images from this gallery, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Terms are subject to change without notice.
